Testicle Lump

Hello,

I am new to this forum and site so I apologize if this question is repeated often or if I am posting in the wrong spot.

I recently located a pea sized lump on the top of my left testicle. The lump itself is semi-hard but squishy. Also the lump feels like it is connected to a cord that runs behind my testicle. There is no pain in the actual testicle but sometimes there is a pinching between my leg and testicle.

There is also a similarly but much smaller lump/cord on my right testicle. My mind immediately goes to cancer/worst case scenario even though signs point to it not being the case.

What do you think I am dealing with?

Any more needed info let me know and thank you in advance for advice or pointing me in the right direction!

Pretty sure these are the tubes that carry sperm from the testicles, I suspect there's nothing to worry about

I would suggest you consult your GP so they can check out the lump.

Does it feel like a bag of worms? If so, it could be Varicocele.
