Asking for Help

Hi Nicola,

I just wanted to ask your permission first. I was wondering if you would not mind me posting a message on the forum or even if you maybe able to help.

I want to interview 10 people who have suffered from Panic Attacks and have now cured themselves from the disorder. The worse the case the better. I want to find out exactly what they have done and what they have changed in their lives. There are a lot of people who have done it differently and I want a broad scope.

Can you offer me some advice please.
