Hi Bri, I'm Irish and have been to Galway many times. I don't know the city particularly well but the shopping is great. It's a great base to travel from into the countryside on Connemara (the county). There are loads of fplaces worth visiting around there. I@d recommend you have a car to get around though.

Hi thanks 4 your reply,s i,m going over 2 galway on my mates stag do, just wanting 2 no what its like, I'm from the lake distric, not looking 4ward 2 flying tho i think were staying in a travel lodge.
