Seeing as thoughmany people have helped me over the past couple of months i thought i'd pay you all back and tell u about a relaxation CD i brought - it came free in a book called When Panic Attacks by Aine Tubridy, its fantastic - i would highly recommend it too you all - especially if you like the irish accent [8D]
