can i take diazepam 6 hours after tamazepam

hi took 10mg of tamaz at 6am this morning and managed to get a couple of hours sleep felt quite good when I got up but now come midday I feel agitated I only have 2 x 5 mg diazepam left

take It I can take the mix one after the other timewise? what doses are some people on?

ive been taking them on and off for about 2 months and I find even 2x5 mg doesn't really do much ?

Hi there,
To take 10mg of tamazepan and only sleep for a couple of hours and get up and feel ok is not a good sign. You should be getting a good 7 hours sleep. You also say 10mg of diazepam is not doing much. Both these things point to tolerance of the drugs. You'll need more and more for them to work which then leads to physical dependency i.e addiction

I would suggest reading the Ashton Manual you'll find it if you google and it explains all about benzo tolerance & addiction

Be careful as you don't want to get addicted to these drugs

when I have about 5 pints of beer my ocd dies and so does my anxiety

yet I cant get this affect from benzo's . I don't mix with alcholol, this is why im interested whether im just having too small a doses

however if I am having a good day it takes much less diazepam

6 hours is a long time after taking one benzo so I should think it is fine to take another but check wiht your doctor darl.
I always find alcohol makes my anxiety esculate tenfold and have ended up in hospital couple of times after drinking. I was on Vodka though and passed out after drinking an hole bottle.
