Weird Feeling Around Left Rib Cage

Hi,

I have this weird feeling under my left rib that feels quite like a stitchy feeling but really really mild. I keep getting this and I don't know why. The pain never gets worse, it's just slightly dull and lingering. It comes and goes.

Do you think it could be anything serious?

I've had a similar thing for the last week.... Also had it in the past and it's gone over time.
