Hi all new here,
I have my pip assessment next week ( terrified) I'm claiming for my anxiety and depression.
A very nice pathways man filled in my claim for me. I'm unsure what evidence to take with me! I know they have wrote to my psychiatrist( hospital one, I've had 2 admissions in 6 months). I also have my cbt therapists details but I have been discharged from them and and now in the care of the community team( when crisis team discharges me) and have a cpn.
I have a list of my medications and the leaflets which include the side effects as my medications have changed since I first applied
My advocate is accompanying me and my support worker is taking me
Is there anything else I need to take ?
