    Some sort of casserole piled into a big pot. onions, carrots, green beans, potatoes and chicken. Will thicken it and warm up later.

    Oh man, you're making me jealous. I am working late tonight - my Thursday shift is 12:30 - 9:00 PM. So I'll be bringing my boring salad and eating quickly while doing my paperwork. I might go to the cafe and get something better if I have any time, but I'm trying to avoid spending money there by bringing my lunch instead.

    Last night my husband made fish and veggie kabobs with corn on the cob - delicious!

    M&S vegetable pasta bake (with some added Tuna)

    After my sad and boring Slimfast bar for lunch, I am so looking forward to it!

    Tonight I'm making chicken that has been marinating in Italian dressing for 2 days then sprinkled with black pepper...no beer or ice cream tonight though
