    i feel my heart beat is fast...

    i have feel breathless for the past fews days....it recover but my heart beat turn abit fast now....

    Hey audi,
    This is pretty common here with anxiety most of the time is your perception, some deep breathing might calm down your heart. Try reducing caffeine ingest
