this may sounds strange .but even though i have regular panic i decided to take up running and to do the marathon .this is an odd thing for someone with panic to do as when running my heart rate rises and at times i get a tight chest ,heavy breathing and so on .
hasnt killed me yet
i seem to have a stumbling blok at 12 miles .for some reason this is where i panic most and go home .i dont know why.
i feel that if i do this i will beat the panic .
