Anxiety UK

Hi all

I was considering joining Anxiety UK (it's a service 'No More Panic' suggests) but I'm not sure of its services.

I can't post links yet but it's anxiety uk dot org dot co dot uk if anyone is interested. They offer therapy sessions via phone or webcam and if you qualify their fees are very competitive.

As said though, that's about all I know about it. Has anyone joined, if you have, is it any good?

I came across a thread a while back from someone who did:

They rarely seem to get a mention on NMP since I joined so I don't know if anyone uses them. Considering they have their own forum for members, it's possible people who do disappear off here?

Thanks for the link and yes, it might be they don't get a mention here because they frequent the anxiety uk foums. I wasn't sure they had one so thanks for clarifying that as well
