panicking right now

I've had a blood test and just rang up for the results. To be told I need to have blood tests for b12 and iron... So I did the stupidest thing and googled I, I'm now in a state of panic.. please help 😢

I wouldn't panic about low iron and low b12, loads of people have that, in fact I read recently that iron deficiency is the most common deficiency in the world
