My appetite has gone thru the roof

I was eating healthy and lost nearly a stone because i was starting to look a bit overweight but now since i have been on the Cit i can't stop myself from eating loads of junk food.

I went to the supermarket with the intention of buying healthy food and came back with pasties crisps and ice cream!

Does anyone else have insane cravings for junk food on Citalopram?

Nope, don't buy that rubbish food, if it's not in the house you cant eat it.

yeah i have an increased appetite for crappy foods, ive had to tell my wwork colleagues to shout at me when i go near the dam vending machine, its irritating because as a whole i like fruit and healthy eating yet since being on cit especially since increasing to 30mg i simply feel the neeeed to ea crap
Do you find cit is helping in terms of why the doc precscribed them to you? i find they are helping me so i dont want to come of them because of eating rubbish food

Yes I can feel a difference already after 11 days, my anxiety is better and happiness increased I am only on 10mg so there's lots of room to increase if things get difficult. Gonna try my best to eat healthy cos the weight is coming back on!
