3 weeks and not heard about esa ongoing claim

    Hello

I just wondered how long anyone who has claimed esa has had to wait to hear?

I went for an assessment 3 weeks ago today and I haven't heard, so I called them and apparently the woman said that there were no details on the 'screen' yet It's just that the doctor who assessed me said it would take 2-3 weeks.

    Thanks
    Els

Sorry Els I don't know how long they'll be - it's rather a "how long is a piece of string?" situation. You are totally at their mercy. All you can do is keep phoning back every few days. Good luck.
