swallowed sharp, 2.5cm long plastic fork prong!!!

I had a salad about an hour ago and near the end realised my fork only had 3 prongs.
I checked the salad but found nothing. I ate the rest of it and drank some water but I am terrified and cant tell if my symptoms are real or not.

Although I didn't feel it in my mouth or throat my conclusion is that I must have swallowed it whole vertically.
It seems fairly hard and sharp, especially the broken off bit and I am terrified about it perforating my digestive system somewhere and causing internal bleeding.

My throat feels a bit tight like something is stuck there but I'm not sure.

I read doctors tend to wait these things out but I cant focus and am waiting for my death and am just very scared. Should I refrain from moving too much?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it was. I feel I would have noticed. It looked snapped off and I checked the floor and couldn't see it anywhere.

I think you would have felt it in your mouth or throat if you'd swallowed it. Try not to worry, if you get too scared call 111 for advice.

I think you would of felt something so sharp go down your throat, or you would definitely feel it if it was still stuck there.. It probably was missing in the first place and you didn't realise , even if you did swallow it , it will come out the other end very soon people do things like this all the time and don't even realise... Try to relax

It won't tear all my insides up? 2.5cm (an inch) seems really big to me, especially as its not gonna go mushy like food and there's a really pointy bit at the end.

I don't understand because I've been trying to make an effort of slowing down and chewing all my food properly so how I didn't notice it I don't know! :(

I had a few weird tummy pains but I think its too soon to be so low down and I did ab exercises at training yesterday so I'm putting it down to that. But I'm still on tenderhooks.What if its stuck in my throat? Or if it perforates my intestine or never comes out?

I bet it was missing before, you would definitely have noticed if you had that it your mouth.

Trust me you would have noticed if you swallowed that. Think how it feels when you accidentally swallow a tiny fish bone lol. I bet it was already missing from the fork.

I'm 99% certain. Especially with how long it's been now, any issues would have become apparent by now, so you're in the clear
