Felt something in my neck now having a panic attack

Hey everyone so today I felt a bit poorly thought it was just due to not been sleeping well but I also had no appetite today and felt sick and warm all day with no energy so I just stayed in bed . When I was lying down about 10 minutes ago I felt something in my neck on left side just above my collar bone .and now am shaking and in full panic mode and I can't feel something on the other side of my neck could this be Normal am freaking out that there something really wrong think am going to throw up

Hi hun, I have a benign lymph node in my neck on one side, it's been checked by ent.
Bodies aren't symmetrical, I also have a fatty lump in my right leg.

Thank u for your responses I can't feel anything in my neck today x my anxitey was really bad last night so it was probs my mind going into overdrive
