    Thumb Twitching

    For the past two days my thumb seems to be twitching. I'm 39 and this scares me a lot. I will not google but my mind goes out to parkinson, ALS, MS.

    I'm taking extra magnesium to see if that will help.

    Could this thumb twitching be due to my HA? I've been through a hell of a two weeks with some swollen lymphs... I just exited that carousel and now I'm in this one...

    I can not take this anymore!

    Did any of you ever have a twitching thumb or something similar?

    Googled for you;

    muscle twitches can happen for lots of reasons, like stress, too much caffeine, a poor diet, exercise, or as a side effect of some medications. Lots of people get twitches in the eyelid, thumb, or calf muscles. These types of twitches usually go away after a few days. They're often related to stress or anxiety.
