    Worried sick - ovary pain

Hello, in August after my period finished 2 days later I had slight spotting, which lasted for 3 days. Since then I have had ovarian cramps and pain and my next period was 5 days late. It was normal however the pain was like an ache where I perceive my ovaries to be. I have been to the docs today who thinks I may have had a cyst that has gone but has sent me for an ultrasound to be sure. I'm now terrified that I have ovarian cancer. She felt my stomach and was not concerned but my anxiety has gone into overdrive. I'm convinced my stomach is bloated (my husband assures me it isn't. ). Anyone had a cyst and can you tell me what it feels like. I feel like my stomach is always gurgling too which is making matters worse. I am obviously thinking ovarian cancer, I am not sleeping because I am so worried.

Hello, I've just seen this and was wondering how you are getting on? I'm currently having worries about my ovaries/womb. X
