New chat won't let me post as I have a ? In my username

Hi I got into the new chat yay! But when I try and chat I get an error message saying 'username contains an invalid character:?' and I can't post anything. Can anyone help with this? thanks x

Now it won't let me log in I get so far typing my username in and then it deletes the last characters (s?) I appreciate the new chat is still in the process of being set up

Can you not just take the ? out of your username?

I guess so, but I don't know how I would do that! I'm rubbish at all this techie stuff!!

We are looking at this problem as it happens as underscores are not allowed either.

I assume you are doing this on a mobile device?

if using a mobile you need to go in through your internet rather than an app xx

I would keep your Keep your ? at the minute isthis.... it is an issue that sshould be sorted in the next few days.

If you have a pc, try logging into the chat room on that.... then after you have logged out on the pc then try your phone again, see if that works
