Cancelled my eye exam - Extreme Anxiety - Blood test forms question as well

I cancelled my eye exam because I am a coward.
Also how long do blood test forms last for? I think it is 3 months but I may be wrong?

You aren't a coward- you are having a difficult time in life, like alot of people.

Definitely not a coward . I have worked in optics for 17 years and absolutely loathe having my eyes tested. I put it off for months. I know exactly what each part of the test is and I still fear it ! Not sure about blood tests not had one for years
