    Re: adult colouring books

I was in Tesco tonight and noticed they have changed their £1 section over. They have adult colouring books for £1, 64 pages, 32 designs and there are 2 different books. They look about the same as the ones for £5 but just a bit thinner.

The name of the publisher is "PMS International" which make me chuckle

Every little helps! Probably stocking filler material? Or the reason why Poundland has been taking a pounding recently?

Yep, I think these books are great for mental health sufferers.

I subscribed to a series of colouring books called 'ART THERAPY', and find it amazingly therapeutic and helpful for chilling out and focusing on something other than my mood and anxiety.

I would highly recommend anyone giving it a go, or anything creative really, as distraction like this really calms the mind.

They've got that book in Tesco as of this week. Still awaiting a label on the shelf though.

There are some new ones in the book section. They look quite nice.

The book price is £9.99 but Tesco sell it for £5. It looks a nice book.

Another good alternative is adult dot to dot. I got one on Amazon. The colouring in is a great help but sometimes can give me a headache at night. The dot to dot is less intensive but still relaxing

They have more in Tesco in the book section as of last week. One is a gardening one, the other Bollywood (I think).

They keep restocking the £1 section ones too.
