day 8-


feeling overall quite good today. anxiety seems to be getting me more at home thinking about things - but when i go out it seems to disappear which is a really good sign. went out for a meal with my boyfriend + family and while i was anxious before hand - once i was there i didn't get one wave of anxiety, which is good for me on a good day never mind how bad i've been lately. super proud of that!


back to work tomorrow so lets see how that goes. work on a sunday, YUCK!

still a little yawny and achy muscles for a few hours after taking tablet, but i must admit i kind of like the feeling? it gives me an excuse for a good stretch ha!

I'm still meditating 30 - 60 mins a day which is really beginning to take effect also.

relaxed all day, now super anxious that i have to go to work in 20 mins.

feeling kind of crappy today

pretty anxious and all my muscles in my body hurt and ache

don't know if this is a side effect anymore or is the anxiety causing the sore tense muscles :(

feeling great the last two days - no panic. still anxious at times and i am feeling it primarily in my muscles but its not so bad! once i know the panic is controlled thats the most important thing!

so the last few days i have not been sleeping well at all - I'm getting to sleep fine but waking up a few hours later. i spoke to my doctor and he said to take lexapro at night and hopefully within 7 days it'll resolve....7 days of shit sleep? aaaah :(
