A mixture of medium brown stools that sink and light /pale stool that float

I have had several bowel movements recently where I get a mixture of medium brown stools that sink combined with pale brown stool that float . Is this something that can happen with IBS.

I had pale floating stools. The doctor said I had too much fat in my diet. I cut back and all is normal now.

It just seems strange to see stalls that are two different colours in one bowel movement that will either sink or float depending on their colour. I don't think I'm eating any more fat than usual . Thank you for your reply

i get loads which is mixed into one nothing worry about
