Worried myself sick

I'm stupid and self diagnosed on the net....:(

Basically afger sex I have the following:
Itchiness down there
Severe pain when I pee and just inside my vagina
Bad abdominal pain
Slight bleeding

And my last period was so heavy I leaked which never happened to me before

I managed to calm myself after experiencing this and told myself it could be a urinary tract infection, or rough sex. However I read symptoms for STD's chlamidya and Gonorrhea and they are the EXACT same. Now I'm scared to death. I mean I haven't had unprotected sex with anyone, I had sex once recently but we used a condom. Is there any way I could have caught one because I can't stop worrying. I mean my brain is even convincing myself I had sex when I know I didn't. Do you guys think it could be STD? :'( do you think I should go to the docs? I'm trying to avoid it because I can't face the anxieties of waiting for test results.

Hi there, I think go to the docs to get it checked out. It could be a touch of thrush or something that's easily treated. Pain during or after sex can be a number of things. Tilted cervix or anything. That's nothing to worry about if it is. But, def get it checked out, if for no other reason but to put your mind at ease. That's my opinion anyway. Hope all goes well.
