I just watched Saving Mr. Banks, which I loved. You can't beat Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson in the same film - 5/5
And, The Remains of the Day. It's old, but I read the book recently and loved it so I gave the movie a go. Definitely not as good as the book, but another great performance by Emma Thompson SO long ago and Anthony Hopkins is also great. Since it's a book to screen I can only give it 4/5, but definitely worth it (and so is the book!)

What Lies Beneath
I love this film. Unlike most horror/supernatural films, it's not totally unbelievable. Starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Harrison Ford.
The only real "plot hole" is the Halothane - it would never "paralyse" without causing unconsciousness (sorry for the spoiler!)
