Trapped wind or worse?
Last Tuesday I suddenly started with bad wind in the centre in my stomach and into my back. I'd eaten pasta for dinner and all night I had pains in my back and stomach and had to keep burping it up. Since then it'd not left me and it feels like I've a ball of wind stuck high in my back between my shoulder blades. I've no pains in chest but when I bend forward and push my diophram into my thighs I growl in my throat or hiccup.
I've been panicking myself silly it's something serious. I've panicked blood clot in my lungs or stomach cancer. I'm terrified to see my gp but I will if it carries on
I've been struggling with terrible stress since last week and that's when this started. Can stress cause anything like this? I've not had much of an appetite since as I feel uncomfortable and anxious all the time worrying what is wrong
