Abdominal U/Sound and Blood Tests Show Pancreatic Cancer?

My Dr thought I had gallstones after some upper abdominal pain.

Dr felt tummy, said all felt normal.

Had blood tests and they were all normal.

Had an upper abdominal ultrasound this morning, lady doing the scan said she saw spleen, liver, gallbladder, something else and pancreas and all was normal but she did say she couldnt see all the pancreas but what she did see was normal...............

If I had pancreatic cancer would it show up in the blood test which was a full blood count? Im worried something has been missed.
