    Holding in a sneeze

I've reached a new low in my HA. I'm worried about the fact that I held in a sneeze. I had just gotten on the elevator solo, and felt the urge to sneeze. In the brief couple of seconds you have, I got nervous about sneezing while moving down the elevator (pressure change + the sneeze), and so while I didn't physically do anything (i.e., I didn't hold my nose or anything), I ended up not sneezing. Now I'm wishing I HAD sneezed, because even though that would have worried me as well, it would worry me less than what I have now. I'm afraid that holding in the sneeze caused pressure, combined with moving down the elevator, and will result in an aneurysm or clot or air bubble or something awful. Any ideas?

    Re: Holding in a sneeze

The pressure change getting into an elevator will be negligible and people hold sneezes in all the time. You'll be completely fine!
