    ECG small abnormality

Had an ECG tonight and it shown there was very small curve in the R-Wave as it was coming down, the paramedic said it was that small he wasn't concerned but it's got me a bit worried because I've been having frequent irregular rhythms,I had one just before the ecg it felt like a quick flutter and then it actually stopped for about 3 seconds and then a thump and it went back to normal.I recently had an echocardiogram and that's come back normal so I don't understand why I'm getting these arrhythmias??! I don't smoke or drink coffee/tea,dont have fizzy drinks I drink alcohol in moderation,I go walking everyday with my dog for at least an hour and I have a decent diet I dont eat meat or dairy products.

    Hi
Are you anemic due to no meat?
