Just a question about IBS.

Hello,

So over the last couple of days I have noticed something about my stools and was wondering if anyone else experiences this.

If I go to the bathroom a lot of the time it is okay just a little soft and comes out quickly but its not really bad. However if I don't go in the morning and only go at night (I normally only go once maybe twice at a much per day) my stool is pretty normal.

Does anyone else experience this? I think I might start seeing if I can go later in the day as that way I don't really get the softer stools.

Hi...I have not experienced this but maybe sometimes it goes through your system faster and doesn't have enough time to form and other times it goes through the digestive system more slowly. I don't know but I did read something here about when you have constant soft bm it may be everything going through too fast.

I think that might be true, I have been going to the bathroom later in the day now and I haven't had a bad bowl movement in a week. I am hoping that if I can get a hold of my stress/anxiety my bowl movements will slowly return to normal.
