question about diastolic blood pressure

hello all i havent posted on here for a while as things have been going good but the last few days i have been worrying about my blood pressure again so i keep checking it through out the day and today it was 123/78 and then 128/79 usually my diastolic is around 69 so i am getting a bit paranoid i just wondered what can affect blood pressure? the only big change is that i am sleeping on the sofa a lot lately so i am not getting proper sleep

I would say your blood pressure is perfectly healthy. Stress and anxiety can certainly increase it, which may explain the slight rise. I'm the opposite mine has plummeted I'm currently reading 101/65
