Hi all,

I've been on and off the site for a long time now. Been a long term sufferer of anxiety and panic, more recently morphed into Health Anxiety which I have found is by far the worst. Seems to be the older I get the worse I worry and I'm not exactly a pensioner.................

Anyway, I've been through the mill many times so if anyone needs to chat about how they feel, or just chat about random crap then please drop me a message.

I'm 31 and already feel like I'm going through that mill myself! I think I'm just wise for my age lol. I've managed to beat back depression, panic, gad and health anxiety without meds. My coping strategies are quite helpful though as I sleep to help and I research things obsessively!
