antidepressants

Hi there

Im new to the site and just looking for some advice .I was on antidepressants for two years after about of anxiety and antidepressants.{Something that i thought would never happen to me}I have since been off of them for a year and things have been fine some ups and downs but on the whole not bad, But in the last couple of weeks i have been feeling very low and lots of tears,im so tired and so scared of going back to how i was. I dont know if i should go back on tablets,,,,,,
