Thread: Zumba

    Zumba

    So I recently decided to try zumba, it was initially to try and lose a bit of weight, but actually its helping me in all kinds of ways, i goon my own and rarely chat to the others but i feel less stressed and i feel like i zumba my stress and anger away. im still hoping to have counselling or cbt but at the moment Zumba makes me feel a dam site better than i have in a long time

    Good for you . I don't think many people would be able to socialise after zumba it looks exhausting. I'm a yoga girl myself. Anything that make you feel just that bit better is fantastic

    Zumba is the best . I used to go to Zumba twice a week & not only is it great exercise, the music is fab and makes you feel awesome. I downloaded most of the songs to my phone & dance around the house to them . Met some great people too. Unfortunately my classes got cancelled due to my instructor having personal committments so looking for another class at mo. Keep it up!! xx

    Thanks both of you, I go twice a week and its definitely making em feel better, must get the songs on my phone
