Was warming down after a workout and was rubbing my lower back when I felt a lump right side of lower back, its under skin but never noticed this before, is this normal? I've been worrying about glands in my neck now this and the anxiety has kicked in over something spreading.

I have one in my lower back... pretty large actually... Lipoma.... If you're that concerned, get the opinion of a medical professional.

Me too, I have a fairly large (golf ball) Lipoma in my lower back on the right side. Been there for years. No worries.

Thanks for the replies guys!
Just having a bad few days with HA and convinced it was a swollen lymph node, but a lipoma seems the most common thing.
