    Something that helped me

    I found that drinking fizzy things helped me with globus sensation, lemonade, that sort of thing, though i avoid cola because of caffeine etc. I recommend buying fizzy water from the super market and adding it to cordial/squash to keep the calories and sugar intake down.

    Just a little thought I thought i'd share with you all

    Also, fizzy flavoured water - Asda and Tesco do 4 1litre bottles for about £1.50, or if you have a Heron nearby they are cheaper
