Weird funny bone feeling in my arms

I am very anxious at the moment but I noticed yesterday when I straigthen my arms out infront of me then bring my hands back in towards my chest I get a very odd sensation in my elbow down to my hands. Like a funny bone feeling. Like it's pulling from elbow down to my hands? Is this normal? I am scaring myself today because of the dizzy spells continuing.

I've been getting this a lot the past few days!!!!

I have had this on and off, feels like a nerve is trapped or something! Haven't had it in a while so assuming it is anxiety related (have been less anxious recently). I had it in my legs too at one point, and it definitely got worse as I got more anxious and panicky.
