Hi

I am a newbie to this site and hope to find help and support from fellow anxiety sufferers as I hate living under a permanent black cloud that only lets the sun through occasionally.

A bit about me I work full time (which is where my anxiety comes from) have two boys aged 12 and 10, married and in my 40's.

Looking forward to getting to know you all more.
