Hi, I am currently at University away from home. I dont really enjoy my course and dont have any friends besides the people i was randomly assigned to live with in halls of accommodation. Luckily my boyfriend goes to the same uni.
I dont take any medication for anxiety but things have been worse recently so im thinking maybe i should go to the doctors about it again. Anxiety seems to make me pop my ears, i woke up at 4am last night in a state of worry and couldnt stop popping my right ear. Now ive woke up the ear really hurts and its make the muscles in my neck under my jaw by that ear go into a hard lump and now thats just another thing to worry about.
Any advice or similar experiences
