I am a sufferer of extreme anxiety and at the moment depression too - oh and agoraphobia. I have overcome this before so I know it is achieveable and that I can do it again. I am here to meet others who are effected in similar ways and to make friends in this journey to recovery. It is nice to 'meet' you!!
