For a while now, I've been getting a heaviness feeling when I eat and a sense of bloated feeling. Also, I feel somewhat constipated at times and I can't fully empty my bowels. And when I eat, I get headrush feeling of increased blood flow and palpitation feeling. I'm unsure if the food I'm is going down the right way in when I eat, I feel having silent aspiration. And I feel a shortness of breath feeling.
I don't know if I'm having anxiety or some GERD or bloatneess or constipation/anxiety or some stomach or gastric problem.
