When do you take it Charlene ?
I had to start taking mine at night as I was just too tired if I took it in the morning. Also I think the drowsy feeling gets less after a few weeks.

Usually when i first wake up but that can be between 10am and 2pm so no regular time :( i haven't taken it today and i feel proper ill tonight with face pain and nausea ... back to it tomoz tho until i can see my gp on wednesday

I always took mine with breakfast and never had a side effect
Was on em for 5 yes and went cold turkey when I felt ready
Hang in there
They worked great for me
Keep busy if you can as it keeps your mind occupied

I was 5 mg for 2 weeks then went up to 10 and stayed there

Every one reacts differently so I can't advise you either way.
Maybe try it and see?

I slept from 3 till half 9 this morning and have stayed awake until now so fingers crossed this is righting itself x

ok so im now on 4 weeks. the past few days ive forced myself to get up in the morning and not come back to my bed until night time. the first 2 nights was a nightmare because i felt like i was never going to sleep but last night i fell asleep just after 9 and woke up at half 5 this morning. im still not on socialable hours but its defo getting better. ive also had more energy to get things done and ive been doing housework for the first time in months.
ive literally got no appetite at all and i need reminded to eat but the nausea has subsided alot and that was a big thing for me. im also having to force water down my throat because ive noticed i can go days without drinking anything and thats not good.
all in all my moods lifted alot, its a little scary how well im feeling because ive been low for so long .... its like ive got a false energy and awakeness, my body just isnt used to these feelings anymore so its a little freaky, hopefully i can get used to this new me soon lol
