    weak hands

    uch this morning I woke up and i am SO sore! The thing that is concerning me most is I feel like I have no strength in my hands! I cant hold on tightly to anything... they are aching like crazy. all in all i just dont feel right. is this normal?

    Give them a shake about ,a stretch and run them first under hot and then cold water and see how they are ..
