lump on testicle
i notice that there is tiny pencil tip like lump on my left testicle..slightly on the top and back side. it is sometimes unable to find easily .. but it is fixed and slight painlfull .. and it is not on epididymis.. i m sport guy , ride horses, basketball, and gymming... after long gym workout i feel slight pain and heaviness..in scrotum...after examing i found out about this lump. it is slight painfull with fluctuating pain.. is it cancer ??
anyone any advie?
