Heart Attack Fear - Panicking

Hello. Earlier today i had some strange chest pains. I now have pain in my arms. Could this be a sign im having a heart attack? Im really upset and freaking out. Im 8 weeks pregnant and have been getting a lot of heartburn.

I used to get alot of chest pain and aches and pains all over my body when I was pregnant with all of my children I think it's your body changing and hormones and stretching you can get alot if heartburn in pregnancy too towards the end if mine I had horrible acid reflux still suffer with it badly now pregnancy takes alot out of you but it is so worth it I hope this gives you some reassurance x
