Pain on right side of tongue when swallowing?

Does anyone get this?
I think I've had it before and probably didn't worry about it but now my HA is over the roof - I mean I'm worrying about EVERYTHING at the moment.
My body is suffering from my mind.

Anyway when I swallow it feels like there is a lump under my tongue?
it's slightly painful but hardly more a sensation and my nodes aren't swollen.

Any ideas?
I've just been to the Dr about all my moles (again) not wanting to go back to the Dr's again they will think i'm wasting their time!

My jaw hurts too when I touch it - and it's clicking - if that helps?
And i have allergies.

Probably just swollen. See if it goes down over the next few days.

Yeah i only feel it if I swallow a certain way - I was thinking maybe a canker sore?

I've just realised what it is - it's a massive tonsil stone!!!
