Anxiety and alcohol cravings

Is it normal that alcohol cravings make me anxious and make me want to be sick ?

Firstly your picture that says I'm stupid, I hope you don't believe that as you aren't.

Can you be more specific, do you think you will be ill with alcohol, have you ever been ill through alcohol, trust me if that it is the case you aren't the first and won't be the last.

Do you want to enjoy alcohol but worry over what will happen?

Try to not give in to the cravings and if you do drink sensibly.

I had that but I'm not sure if it was guilt, fear or physical symptoms of drinking too regularly. Do you drink alot and is it to cope with anxiety?
