Online CBT guide .....

After visiting my docs today, I got given a card with a link to a website to help me understand anxiety. My local NHS primary trust runs a website designed to talk you through anxiety and introduce you to CBT. The link is www.wiganinmind.com

You don't have to be from Wigan to access this site, and you don't have to provide any personal information (just a user name and p/w). I've given it the once over tonight and will reserve judgment until tomorrow when I can have a propper look at it.

Seems like it may be of a help to those new to anxiety or before taking a structured CBT course. I'd be interested as on your feedback as its being promoted quite heavily by my local primary care trust.

I just gave it a quick look see and it seemed good, at least the part about thinking errors that i checked out

I also think it looks good although I found a site that might be even better: cbt online

I guess the best idea is to test them both or maybe there are other solutions?
