I just par boil them in salted water, then chuck them in a roasting tin with some Dripping (preferably used several times to get some colour) and Roast them with some sea salt chucked over the top.

MINE ARE PAR BOLIED IN WATER AND THEN SPRAYED WITH A SUBSTITUE OIL AND PUT IN OVEN FOR AN HOUR-VERY NICE AND CRISPY. i'LL BE ROUND FOR A GLASS OF WINE LOL
