Hi, just checking in to see how everyone's doing. I've settled down loads still on 50mg still have an odd flutter but I can talk myself calm now. Hope you all doing well x

Glad to hear you settled down cookbook we 've come a long way ! Thinking back to when we both went on the meds at Xmas it seems ages ago but in some ways has gone fast. I'm starting to feel like the meds have worked as feeling a lot calmer now- don't wake up feeling worried anymore which is a relief and like you when I have a "moment" I can deal with it better x

Hi cookbook. I'm doing generally a lot better now .my mood is stable and nothing really bothers me. I do feel tired a lot though and I'm forgetful but I suppose that's the way it goes ! How are you doing ? X

im ok same as you feeling very tired a lot more than usual. Moods are so much better just the odd wobble, but can sort myself out. Think it's because I missed 2 doses of my tablets. Keeping focused and thinking about sert free times!
